Fantasy Super Heros

4 guys who have started off the season hot and are probably available in your league:

Ike Davis- Davis is in his sophomore year starting at 1b for the Mets, and he has really taken off. Him and his .345 Ba is all the Mets really have to cheer about at this point in the season.

Brett Anderson- Anderson has an ERA just a tad above 1.50 and has gone at least 6 innings in all of his starts. He has always shown talent, but health has derailed his seasons in the past.

Michael Pineda- One of the biggest surprises so far, Pineda has flourished in the Mariners rotation, which he wasn't even suppose to be in. 3-1, 1.78 ERA for the MARINERS?! Holy Hell...

Darwin Barney- Blake DeWitt who? Cubbie fans are loving the tandom of Barney and Starlin in their lineup, with Barney hitting .329 and becoming a solid duo with Castro at the plate at Wrigley. Now if Starlin could learn to field a ground ball....

Fantasy Sleepers Week 6

Need some help with your fantasy team? You might need an extra back with your star RB on his bye week. Here are 3 players that might be available in your league who can help you out in week 6.

Mike Williams WR-TB- The former Syracuse Orange wide out has 3 tds in 4 games and is Freeman's favorite target as a rookie.

Johnny Knox WR-CHI- Knox is averaging a NFC best 20.9 yds per catch, and goes up against the 31st ranked Seahawks pass defense, with Cutler coming back.

Willis McGahee RB-BAL- He actually has more touchdowns than Ray Rice this year, and the Ravens will try to pound the ball against the Pats this week. Look for McGahee to get the ball on the goal line.

Fantasy Football Pre-Rankings

Here are my top 12 players going into the season.
  1. Chris Johnson(Ten)
  2. Adrian Peterson(Min)
  3. Maurice Jones-Drew(Jac)
  4. Steven Jackson(STL)
  5. Andre Johnson-(Hou)
  6. Ray Rice(Bal)
  7. Drew Brees (No)
  8. Michael Turner(ATL)
  9. Frank Gore(SF)
  10. Rashard Mendenhall(PIT)
  11. Aaron Rodgers(GNB)
  12. Larry Fitzgerald(ARI)
My players for a breakout year:
Shonn Greene(NYJ) He will have the starting job in his second year, plus a veteran line and more experienced Mark Sanchez.
Rashard Mendenhall (PIT) I have him in my top 10 as i think he can become a premier back in the AFC.
Tony Romo(DAL) Add Dez Bryant to already Roy Williams and Miles Austin, plus Jason Witten, and Romo can easily throw for 3,000 yards.

Players I'm not high on-
Thomas Jones(KC) Jamaal Charles will eventually get most of the hand offs in KC.
Roy Williams(DAL) He might lose his spot to rookie Dez Bryant.
Tony Gonzalez(ATL) Starting to lose production in the red zone.
